This business is fantastic! They were all very helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions when we were thinking of buying a hot tub. Once we decided on the best tub for our needs they were extremely accommodating at having it delivered and set up. They are always just a text away if I need advice on water balancing or any other related issues. Would recommend for anyone looking to buy a hot tub to check them out and see for yourself how great this local family run business is.

Don't bother calling any other hot tub specialists! Unmatched customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be any happier with my experiences here

I was reviewing hot tubs (new and used) for 9 months. When I was planning on making a purchase, I went to all the providers in Saskatoon and did a comparison between makes and models. There are multiple brands offered in Saskatoon. I sat in as many of the hot tubs as I could (with no water) and tested 6 different tubs around the city that had water in them. We had our decision narrowed down to two different brands. One was at Backyard Living but it didn't have any water in it. Sheryl knew I was interested in that model and found an opportunity for me to try a used unit (returned on consignment) of that model and filled it with water for us. This sold me on that product! She went above and beyond. All of the prices are visible at Backyard Living so you can browse through the store and not feel pressured. Some stores gave me the feeling that the price was negotiable and may vary on what information about yourself i may have volunteered. If you were just doing a price/quality comparison check, it is easy. Backyard Living provides water sample checks so when you need product, you can bring a sample and have it checked as you purchase what you need. This service provides confirmation that you are doing proper maintenance. If you can't provide proper maintenance for your purchase, Backyard Living can provide you a service for that. The delivery, installation and teaching provided was great. Total set-up/training and electrical install was around 2.5 hours and in the hot tub that night.
