Arrived at the hotel on Friday and requested two rooms for two nights. Reservation was set for one night. When we returned and the rooms were extended manually, but our rooms had not been serviced. Now, COVID isnt an excuse to not make a bed or give me clean towels. MOTEL 6 does that and cost is considerably less. Upon check out, my truck had been broken into. Went inside to the desk to ask if security had reported any incidents of the evening or if there was camera footage. They simply do not have either. Be FULLY advised this location does have the building on lock down after hours for security reasons, but does not have a security team or surveillance cameras? I will not recommend this facility to anyone, it is a huge disappointment to the HILTON chain Safety: Nothing to promote guest safety or their personal belongings or vehicles.
