The alt hotel is very modern very clean but that's only the good things about it. For the price you pay you'd expect something like parking to be a forsure thing but they fall very short of that. There's underground parking but it isn't a forsure thing even if you pay the $18. You run the risk of not having anywhere to park and they can accommodate but it's a block away. Not very convenient when you have someone with a disability. What I'd recommend save your money book somewhere else. We only stayed a night and went somewhere else. Definitely not worth it at all.

The hotel is nice but the price you pay and the size of the room you get is not worth it. Way over priced and only because its downtown. Nothing for returning guests and way to wanna be posh.

Rooms: Great rooms. Tiny and efficient for business travel. Clean and functional. Walkability: Beautiful pathways both directions for runners and walkers No cafes or much food or beverage in the area only issue
