Not sure what this is... only thing I know about this company is that they have been in and out of the schools.

Called them in 3 times (Nov 4th, 9th and 17th) for the same problem (Make Up Air unit not blowing hot air) which they finally figured it out and fixed it in the third try. Yet I still get charged for all three visits even though it's the same problem and could have been fixed at the first visit. Hey if you want get charged three times for the same problem that apparently cannot be fixed at the first place, go ahead and choose them. I will find my business somewhere else since the guy I talked to said it's totally fine

Encountered one of these "professionals" while driving this evening about 8:45ish tonight. Was casually driving and one of their trucks brake checks me, switched lanes, then got behind me and flashed his lights probably 7 times. Not sure what the guys problem is, but you would think he would be smart enough to not do that kind of thing in a company vehicle. Cant imagine the customer service... yikes.
