        Furnace was giving me issues, had no idea who to call as this is the first issue in the new house. Called later in the day and they had just closed. He (unfortunately I didn't get his name) explained the rates and I told him I was in no rush and could wait until they were open again. He took the time to ask what error I was getting and what to do to troubleshoot it. What he recommended worked. This is who I am calling for my Heating and Cooling going forward. Service: Heating system repair

        Phoned first thing this morning with a quit furnace. They gave me a 2PM appointment. Jesse can out as scheduled diagnosed problem, replace part and had it working in near half hour. Punctual, polite, efficient and friendly. Thanks Jesse and thanks L&L
