I wanted an inexpensive kitchen faucet replacement for my rental... They came to do the job (no quote, so my mistake for not getting one and leaving it up to them to decide what an "inexpensive" faucet was). I later got invoiced for a faucet over $300 plus labour! In whos world is a $300 faucet inexpensive?! How many faucets can you buy at Home Depot for under $300? It would be like 90% of them, but they classified this as "inexpensive" lol. In addition to that, they treated me like complete garbage when I expressed my displeasure with their definition of an "inexpensive" faucet at $300. I requested a deduction from this price as I was very specific to the operator and field technician that I wanted something inexpensive with it being a revenue property. I should point out that I was nothing but professional to them and never once was disrespectful as that is how I would expect to be treated. Here is an internal email from their Controller to their owner that they accidentally copied me on: "I'm done bartering - can you chat back? Say we'll take the $35 which is BELOW our cost (not really...) and he go elsewhere after? He's a one time customer..........I'll resend you without this commentJen" How could they accidentally copy the customer on an email like that lol? Obviously not a professional place that they cant even keep control of their internal emails. They then proceeded to offer me a "list of other companies to do my future work". Service: Installation
