Poor experience, use someone else the staff is not knowledgeable and has to guess their way through simple tasks like getting a custom plate. If you want a good experience go elsewhere. Now, I'm signing documents on my phone as they didn't have me finish the required paperwork on site.

Starting Monday, I called three times this week to get an insurance worksheet for my home. I expressed that time was somewhat of a factor as I need to renew. I still havent received anything from them after 3 different phone conversations.

Never coming back. I'd been going to either Galon for anything I needed for years until one location almost ruined my wedding my making a mistake on my marriage licence and the other one aggressively refused to give my immigrant wife an ID regardless of how much documentation we had. Took less than 10 minutes at another dealer but they aggressively told me that wouldn't do it here. I will deal with any other SGI dealer over them.
