Great place to deal with if you have no claims. I had a claim and had no guidance on what I was entitled to. I then had to go through my policy myself with no help from broker and then ask the questions after I talked to my broker. I was entitled to to some things that would of helped me out when I needed it. I ended up just going out to due what I needed to due to keep my life going. Then a couple weeks later after my claim I phoned to ask more questions and was ask why I did what I did. I told him because I needed to kepp my life going. They then responded with "well you are entitled to these things you needed". I said " well that's nice for someone to tell me now". They said "Oh you didn't know"? I said "No did YOU pick up the phone to tell me this?" The phone was very quiet after this. Customer service great when renewing/giving them money. Customer service when you need it not a chance. Very disappointed. I spend about 8000 dollars a year on multiple insurances including business and personal and didn't get no help at all. I am currently looking for new insurance company. Thank you for the awesome person I had Before they retired.

We were rushing for getting our house insurance and the team was so quick on moving things. Joanne did a splendid job .... She did all her best to get things done and we got the insurance selected and all the process done on the same day itself. Thank you Joanne once again
