Primal

Did someone say pasta? Primal has received national recognition for their offerings which are a blend of traditional with modern fusion elements. The food is generous and delicious! The service was excellent and extremely helpful. And the space is cozy and has a lot of character. It's not in the best part of town but the whole area around Primal is starting to undergo a bit of a renaissance. I love catching these cool off the beaten path finds! 5 x

Food was delicious. Prices were on the higher end. Would be a nice spot for a date.

It was ok, the spaghetti pomodoro was 31 dollars and was just standard spaghetti. My partner got the risotto and it was a bit better but was also 34 dollars. It's alright but not worth the price for the dishes that I've tasted. There might be something on the menu for me but I doubt I'll be back to try again. Would personally not recommend unless price isn't a problem for you but even the there are much better options for that price point.
