I ordered a drink panini combo from them on delivery. They didnt deliver my panini, then told me they cant refund it or make one to deliver(even though it was their mistake). She even tried to blame the delivery company when they simply just didnt make it. The lady told me I can come pick it up even though I paid them to deliver it. Completely unacceptable.. They literally sold me a product and didnt give it to me. Told me their manager will be in 5 days later to chat with me.. Awful service.

I would give it 0 stars if I could today. We ordered two Pineapple freeze smoothies and both were completely undrinkable. I wasn't expecting much when I picked up one and it was all sticky and dripping all over the place. I used four napkins on it and had to wrap it in a fifth napkin just to haul it out of the store. I'm pretty sure those waiting on their drinks heard me saying how gross it was while I was cleaning the sides of the cup. The drinks were absolutely disgusting. We were on our way home so we poured them in the sink when we got here and the fruit wasn't even blended. Chunks of frozen fruit all over the sink. As my husband said, no way the girl who made them wouldn't have noticed that when pouring them into the cup. My son also found hair in his, so that's fun too.
