My husband and I contacted Keystone Outdoor Living to create a space for our family to enjoy. We had tried to tackle our acreage landscaping for a number of years. However, as our family grew it became more and more difficult to do. Everyone at Keystone was incredible to work with. From the start Colin, Nick, and Scott were professional, kind, and flexible. The entire process from design to installation and completion of our plan was very smooth. Despite our ever-changing minds and last minute adjustments, the entire team was gracious and worked very hard. It was a joy for my son to watch them work through the window. My husband and I were constantly impressed with everyone's work ethic, quality, and attitude, and I believe this speaks volumes about a business. The retaining wall, sod, and pool have been an absolute game changer for our family. My husband and I now feel totally relaxed spending time in our yard vs. wondering what the next project should be. Our kids absolutely love the space, and especially the pool. We love that this pool is perfect for our toddler and baby with a splash deck. We are confident this pool will grow with their needs as well. We have had zero concerns with any of their work and believe them to be a top notch business. We are so thrilled we made the decision to stop the DIY and instead invest in Keystone. Keystone was great to work with from start to finish. They fixed some serious drainage issues in both our yard and our driveway, rebuilt our fence, and included a couple of extra tasks all within their quote. All work is beautifully done, and communication was excellent with us and with our neighbours throughout the job. If we ever have a project again we are definitely calling Nick at Keystone to get it done. Services: Landscape installations, Driveway landscaping
