A neighbor a few houses down from us contracted them. This company decided that it was okay to run their bobcat on our property back and forth MULTIPLE TIMES without a knock on the door asking permission. Once their access was blocked off they then came to the door asking permission and stating that it didn't look like anyone was living at this home. But a deck was built with furniture and a BBQ on it. They also decided to tell the fencing company who was starting to install vinyl fencing to not start our fence until next week as they need to finish their work. Eventhough this landscaping company WAS NOT contracted for our house.

I cannot say enough good things about Simple Construction! I was referred to Mike by another contractor who did not have the equipment to take on the renovation of our yard. Mike and his crew did exceptional work in a very timely fashion. In addition, he did the job at a very competitive price. I am quite particular and would certainly not be the easiest client Mike as ever worked with. His patience and easygoing nature combined with his "can do (and will make sure it's right)" attitude made this one of the best experiences I have ever had working with a contractor. Sure, there were a few minor things that weren't perfect....that is, until I mentioned them and Mike made sure to make them right. My yard has gone from an eyesore to an outdoor oasis.
