        I booked a group facial for my mom.and I for her birth Day. The staff were all friendly and customer service minded. I felt there were a lot of little things that were over looked for a luxury spa. Our services were booked for the same time but the staff started 5-7 minutes apart which I found odd and unprofessional. One esthetician offered one of us three different facial options to choose from based on skin and needs while the other didn't offer an upgrade or further suggestion. Little things like tucking feet in or putting your spa shoes directly in front of the chair when you're finished were also missing. I felt the arm and hand massage was very short and whatever they use as a lubricant left you sticky afterwards.
