Panko Collaborative Law & Mediation

When my ex partner and I decided we were getting a divorce, there is a lot of things that ran through my mind. I stumbled across Panko while searching for a mediator. The initial consult was changed to be for collaborative law due to a breakdown of communication between my ex and I leading to Charmaine and company stepping up to the plate to represent me through this process. The staff is extremely friendly and Charmaine is great with putting ones mind at ease. They are very understanding in regards to different financial circumstances which takes a lot of stress out of the equation. We still have work to do before my divorce is finalized but I am glad to be working with Charmaine.

Working with Charmaine had been exceptional. She is personable and genuinely invested in her work with you. She was able to bring forward discussion points and items for consideration that were both meaningful and helpful in my discussion with her as well as my partner. She made the legal aspects of a prenuptial agreement more accessible to me, as someone with little knowledge in this area. The staff are warm and inviting, and have been a pleasure to correspond with. I absolutely would suggest Panko Collaborative Law and Mediation if you are looking for a well rounded, collaborative approach in family law!

I went to Panko for assistance with a family matter, they were amazing! I worked with an articling student named, Monica Fitzpatrick. She was being supervised by Charmaine Panko and they were very detailed in the procedure and the steps and what was our best course of action. I felt like they listened to my concerns and knew what was required and helped me navigate the necessary process. They also worked with my budget and helped me understand the costs involved. We chose to take smaller steps in getting the things I needed and I will continue to work with them for future needs that arise due to a high conflict relationship.

I am so happy and greatful to be dealing with this wonderful team. With my difficult situation navigating through family law. They are always there to reassure me about anything I'm feeling or questions I need answered. I am so happy I found Charmaine through online media. I don't know what I'd do without Charmaine and Monica helping me through this all. Very fast response too!
