        My neighbours used clear cutt for their landscaping. Along 60% of our shared property line they left damage or a mess that they made no effort to clean up before they left. They drove their track machine up the entire length of my front lawn leaving noticeable rut grooves. I called the owner to inform them of this. He told me he would come check it out and get back to me about how they would repair the damage. That was months ago and I still haven't heard back.
