Was told I'd get a phone call 24 hours before the appointment. No one called. I wanted to be there as I had down pipes to move out of the way( they never moved them, thus that area never got aerated) plus I gave specific instructions to go over the yard 2X. They never. I called to complain and they were supposed to come back.... they never!

We double checked to make sure we were signed up for text before the appointment as we have 3 dogs. Guy shows up, no phone call, no text and just leaves after ringing the bell. ( Saw on the ring cam) My wife called and waited a lengthy amount of time in cue to only be told that she was pretty much lying about not getting a text reminder and couldn't even give an approximate reschedule date or any info at all, pretty much got a too bad. I really loved the professionalism

Have used them for several years, but I will not be using them again. I had a service agreement for the 2022 year and then at the end of the season, they serviced a yard 2 doors down from mine and sent me a picture of the other house on my invoice. When I contacted them about the service not done on my property. They did not believe that it was not my property in the picture. They told me a manager would be contacting me shortly, within the week, to discuss my concerns. That was back in September, and as of January 2023, I still have never heard from anyone from management at Green Drop. They never tried to correct the problem and come apply the service to my property. Services: Weed control, Grass seeding

I decided to give Green Drop a try for my snow removal this year and first 2 snowfalls I have had to call and get them to send someone. Because they took so long to come I now have 4 inch snow pack from cars driving on it which when they did come clean they left the snow pack. They have also left about a 2 foot bank of snow along my driveway they decided didn't need to be cleaned for what reason I don't know. So far terrible service. Will not renew next month if this isn't resolved Service: Yard work
