Today I experienced a new low in customer satisfaction by a retail store. I purchased a Stihl pressure washer from Rhino Repair on April 12, 2023. Based on the recommendation of the salesperson after listening to my requirements (clean the deck and driveway), I purchased the base model RE80 electric. The first time I tried it was today (May 4, 2023). It has pitifully low water pressurethe water hose has just as much. I phoned to enquire about trading up to a more powerful Stihl power washer and was informed that they would not do thatno returns (or upgrades). I am shocked at the inflexibility they have shown as well as the poor performance of this Stihl pressure washer. Buyer beware.

Excellent staff that seemed happy to work there and knowledgeable. Service goes above and beyond what one expects today. Forget your Home Depot's and other soulless box stores.

Dont let the unassuming exterior mislead you, inside theres a fun show room, with lots of great products and very helpful staff. Kyle was super helpful advising on the right chainsaw for our needs, and not once tried to upsell to something we didnt need. Found the right product, which they filled with gas, oil, and gave an overview on how to use before we left. Highly recommend. Will be back.
