I have ordered a lot of parts for my bikes from here and normally they do really well. I needed a part and ordered it after being told it would get here in two days. Three days later I call to check on it after not hearing anything and the part is no longer available and wont get here for at least another week. This is the only place that sells that part and I use the bike as my daily driver. I wasnt impressed with the service desks explanation of the problem or lack of willingness to fix so now Im forced to wait for a part they dont have that I already purchased.

Had lengthy work done to the Accord( over 6hrs) we are from out of town. They do not provide a courtesy vehicle but they said they have a shuttle and can provide a ride. That's understandable that there is no courtesy vehicle but there was never anyone available to provide a ride for the 6+ hr wait. Just something to keep in mind if considering this location for any service work.
