My experience with fandango was excellent! Kennedy was amazing from the get-go as she is very knowledge and design savvy. We have a new build and she helped me effortlessly select incredible pieces that we are so happy with. Kennedy and her mom Lisa are fun and professional. We were renovating a large space and lighting was crucial. The staff and fandango went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered from aesthetic to also finding the best lighting temperature for our usage. The have such an amazing selection, and if it wasnt in stock they could get it. Cant say enough about our wonderful experience.

I went to this store to pick out lights for the house we are moving into. All staff members were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They made something that felt overwhelming become fun and easy. I cant thank you again for all of your help and patience! Cant wait to see what we picked installed in our new place!

If I could negative stars I would. The first person I talked to over the phone who LISTENED when I described what I was looking for and told the measurements to gets a 5 star rating, as they told me we could go over different parts and find the correct one. To the lady who I assume is an ageist because she had to loudly proclaim over me talking that she has been doing lighting for 20yrs...Congrats you definitely haven't gotten that time in for your steller personality. Who is apparently also unable to LISTEN as i described again in detail the exact diameter and and circumference of my fans mounting essmbly. The picture show cased contains exacty what I need. For any future potential clients go to lowes atleast they try.
