Worst phone experience with bmo. Usually find bmo to be great help & support on the phone once I get through. Today has me reconsidering how I bank and with whom. I can afford to go elsewhere!

We want to acknowledge and thank Rita of B of M Market mall for helping my elderly uncle change his DD with CRA to expedite his tax refund (he closed out the bank account the refund was directed to and opened another). Rita went beyond just listening , but did everything she could to make the necessary changes. My Uncle left his debit card at home, forgot his password but that didn't slow down Rita. What a wonderful person, who truly personifies Customer Service. All this was after the Branch Manger said they could not help us, but would show us what to do. THANK YOU RITA.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with.when $120 monthly automatic payments MAGICKALLY turn to a $1757 without notice or discussion. Then to be told that they will correct the error from one end, to be told on the other end they can't and won't fix THEIR ERROR. I will be leaving this bank, and taking every family member with me.
