Rude tellers on my attempt to change my recipient name when I send money internationally, and not even suggesting a helpful way on how I can fix my problem. The guy just throw away my receipt back at me after I gave him the info he needed. Poor customer service. After 5 seconds I came back to try to double check the spelling of my recipient name and it was a lady at the computer this time and her response isI dont know I didnt do it. When she can just look at the computer and gave me the answer I needed. @Western union, you should not use this branch through for your service cause they are just ruining your reputation.

Dont send money through Money Mart. They will make the sender create an account by taking your personal info and photo. Also they do no accept federally issued status cards that are not the new style. Pretty sure thats not legal!

went in for a loan and was met with the best custy service ive experienced in a loan establishment in a long time. Marietta always has a smile and is very respectful. I only come to MM if she is working.
