        When calling for a pickup of my shipment, I encountered an extremely rude dispatcher. She kept cutting me off after asking for information about the shipment, and then getting upset when she was having trouble finding my address (I was trying to help... but she kept cutting me off). It was like I was bothering her with my business. I am very glad this company is not one we normally deal with, and I really hope it stays that way!
