I went into the store today (April 8, 2023) and had the BEST experience. I didnt get her name but she had purple/blueish hair. I LOVE HER. She helped me find the absolute perfect shade of foundation, recommended the nicest feeling foundation in THE WORLD. This is the first time I had someone at a makeup store not turn me orange and/or put a really dark shade of foundation on me and call it a day. She understood the difference between golden vs pink/red tones. She deserves everything good in the world I hope her pillow is always nice and cool every night and her blankets keep her warm and she gets a raise and starts her own makeup company

I have always loved Mac products & been buying in this store as the staff were accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, on January 2, 2023 at around 5pm, the staff was extremely busy with her phone. She did not even ask if I needed help and all. I asked about a product as I wanted to try it, but she kept using her phone. Got tired waiting for her to finish with her. Left disappointed!

One staff member did not know what products would work for me which has never been my experience previously. Not a clean store.

Friendly, professional staff. Much nicer experience here than at *ephora. Seriously.
