Needed a piece of trim that they had previously supplied and staff member Kevin couldn't be bothered to get the correct information because it would involve him having to look something up and actually work. So he lied that they had it in stock and where I would go to get it. We've all dealt with these people that have no work ethic. It's a shame that management could care less how their staff treat customers because it's just too hard to replace them. So sad.

Pristine supplied and installed countertops in our new home. The installation crew were professional and courteous. They pay attention to the finest of detail and did an amazing job! We are very happy with all of the work they did. I would recommend them if you are looking for new countertops in your home.

Ordered a $200 vanity countertop from Pat Martin. When we received it had the wrong Finish. Pat was very unprofessional and accused me of threatening him after I said I can take this matter to the BBB and Visa. Pat then told me Pristine Countertops would not further help me and hung up the phone. Watch out for these guys and take your business some where else.
