        Great family friendly environment with lots of class options, a great combination of practical skills and sparring. If you want to join your kids in the family class go ahead! Sikaran/tadyakamao is the weaponless martial art practice which feels like a good mix between boxing, kick boxing, and karate. The Kali/escrima portion uses escrima sticks and wooden knife attack and defense. (Separate classes) Master Ferrer has been teaching traditional Philippine (Filipino) martial arts or FMA for over 40 years and is a great teacher and a great martial artist. I searched for a good class for myself and my kids and I settled here after feeling welcomed and that the classes will be effective as well as fun.
