I've suffered Chronic backpain for 30 years with a constant pain level between 5-10. I also have menopausal fibromyalgia. I tried everything including physio, chiro, massage, swimming, weight training, heat pads, mechanical stretching, and more. I had one myofacial treatment and I was pain free for the first time in 30 years the relief lasted for about two weeks. I went back to Lana on a biweekly schedule for about 3 months, then switched to monthly, and now go when I need a pick-me-up. I AM NOW VIRTUALLY PAIN FREE IN THE LONG TERM! I highly recommend Lana. She is more than just a massage therapist. She has lots of tricks up her sleeves and incorporates other skilled treatments into her sessions.

Lana is the best! I recommend her to everyone. As the fascia holds our experiences and emotions, her fascial work and intuitive reiki skills allows all the old stuff to be released physically and energetically. Why get a plain old massage when you can release and realign with Lana's magic touch.
