Rae of Light Massage Therapy ( formerly Touch of Grace)

I did a post-partum massage with Rae and it was incredible. I had a full body massage, including a c-section scar massage to help with healing. I was at a vulnerable time in my healing and Rae treated me with respect and kindness and was attentive to areas of trauma from the c-section. Rae provided a safe environment, that was inclusive to all body types and made me feel relaxed. I highly recommend them and will continue to support this business.

All I can say about Rae is that they are AMAZING! The quality of therapeutic and deep tissue massage I have received from them over the years has been phenomenal. Rae has helped me with various issues over the years involving SI joint pain, tension headaches, neck and upper back pain as well as plantar fasciitis. They are extremely professional, a wealth of knowledge and attuned to my body's needs. Rae is also one of the kindest people I know. I will be forever grateful for their care as an expert massage therapist and amazing doula. Thanks Rae for everything.

Grace is excellent! Shes kind and warm, and has incredibly strong hands. I doh d her when I was pregnant she is great for pre and post parfum bodies and Ive been seeing her ever since!
