I booked a massage here and I regret it. The massage therapist was very unprofessional and when I spoke to the owner about resolving the issue I had stemming from that visit, she led me to think she was going to do something about it. She never did and she didnt reach out to me when she said she would. I had to call numerous times and leave messages with the staff for her to call me back Im very disappointed in Pivotal Point and I will never be back. They do not care about their customers and Dana clearly doesnt have enough pride in her business. I was really trying to have this resolved before resorting to a bad review, which is just really not my way of going about things. Im leaving the whole story out because I dont want to bore the reader with my rant, but if you are thinking about going to this massage clinic, I would urge you to reconsider. I will definitely point others in a different direction if they are looking for a professional and pleasant experience.
