        My work loading dock broke down in the up position on January 6th. 2 techs came to fix it in close to -40c. The dock was lowered and it was discovered that a part was needed to make it serviceable again. I phoned on January 20 as I had heard nothing and was promised a tech would call. No one called! I phoned again today (January 26) and once again was told a tech would contact me today and the part would take 4 weeks to arrive. Once again no one called. Greatly annoyed that I had to make phone calls to the company to find out what's going on. The least they could have done was to phone to advise the part was ordered and how long it would take. These guys are lacking basic customer service. Once the part is installed I will never use them again!
