    Friendly staff (thanks Travis and Gary!) and great service! They are honest about their services and will make sure that they walk you through what needs to be done on your vehicle so you understand. Never once pressured me into fixing something that isn't major, very important for someone like me who knows nothing about vehicles lol. They also offer free shuttle service (the drivers were also very friendly) which is a huge plus! Highly recommend this place! :)

    I've been here 2 times. First - it was just OK. Common issues. Nothing personal. Second - Do you guys think that it's fine to ask for used car more then for a brand new just because you want so? Are you really official dillers? Do you really wanna stay diller with your approach? Even toyota was more fair then you. And meneger sad me "come up, if you wanna buy real car instead of this". Even if you think so - that's not a reason, say so to customers. After my first visit I bought a brand new car of another manufacturer just because of better availability. After my second visit I will never buy a car from this dillership even if they will be full of them.

    Ive been talking with Brad Lambe in sales about vehicles. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and gives me as many cups of coffee and tea as I want lol. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend talking to Brad. And fun fact, he also is a killer bass player!

    Very great company to deal with had an issue regarding the platinum fee but was dealt with very promptly and reimbursed. Brad and jarret are great! Love the vehicle, love the service!! If you have issues they will deal with to ensure you leave happy. Highly recommend.

    WOW, MY FIRST POST WAS NEVER PUBLISHED. DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS GOOGLE OR THE OWNER. LET'S TRY AGAIN. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I must do it this time. I tried to solve it with a few people from Mazda, but some declined my request, and some ignored it. Everyone should know how well Saskatoon Mazda treats its customers. I purchased my Mazda through this dealer, and I always serviced it through them as well. In September 2021, they did some flushes. One of the flushes was Power Steering Fluid Flush. In November, when the first cold came, my Wheel started to freeze up, and I couldn't figure out why. Because we didn't use the car too much and it stayed in the garage most of the time, and if we used to go short shopping, it did not have time to freeze up completely. In January 2022, I contacted Saskatoon Mazda Shop about the problem and had to leave my car without replacement for two days of diagnostics. I told them right away that Power Steering Fluid Flush was done in September, and it started to freeze up this year. After two days of figuring out the problem, they have done another flush, and wah-la is not freezing up anymore. And because Saskatoon Mazda is so awesome to its customers, they let me pay twice for the same service. Instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made and telling me the invoice was covered, they didn't. It cost me $169.72 extra. I will not go broke from that, but I promise that I will never again do business with you and tell the story to everyone I know. Cheers, Andreas
