If there was and option to give 0/5 stars I would. Completely inconsistent service every time I speak to someone there. One representative will say one thing then the next will contradict the other and say something opposite. The individuals here are either not trained properly and that is a management issue, or they simply do not care to help. It is increasingly frustrating every time I call to get anything sorted out. Normally they are unable to resolve any issues and it is a waste of time.
