The staff yell at you .the pick and choose who is let in.they don't like me be cause I don't take methadone or not dark skin.they don't have respectful staff.i had anxiety attack

All staff here deserve a reward. Front desk is great, doctor Markinton is the best (Im sure theyre all great but hes my doctor) and the physio is amazing. I just started seeing Travis and hes amazing. If anybody ever gave this place a bad review I wouldnt believe it.

Majority of Staff at WS are incredibly understanding, compassionate, tolerant, knowledgeable and experienced ppl. They're "non judgemental" toward ppl suffering from addictions or mental health. (Whichgoes a long way with us) When I 1st went in I thought it was a hectic crazy clinic but after a few times I figured out that the staff put up with 'a lot" and still cn't to remain calm, caring, and professional. Despite putting up with a variety of chaotic, rude, negative, & very unpredictable behaviours & at times aggressive, potentially dangerous patients. Almost everyone is impatient and a lot are vocal and verbally abusive abt it. Projecting it to the staff and even other patients. That being said I'm not trying to come down on addicts as I'm a recovering addict myself, I'mjus stating the reality of the situations the staff deals with on the daily and yet they still have a positive attitude and are able to descalate situations and make us all feel welcomed and comfortable to tlk about anything. My doc is Kiesmen/Pawluck, from the day I met her 7yrs ago she has "Always' treated me with respect and is always genuinely compassionate and caring toward my problems and life in general. Tbh she has become a good friend in my eyes. She's never before done me wrong or ever made me feel beneath her or judged. She's a very knowledgeable, down to earth doc who rlly knows her sh** & shell do anything she can to help your situation, shes amazing & I'm blessed to have her as my friend and fam dr. She goesthe extra mile. The other Dr.s are great too.
