Dr. Spaffords receptionist is rude. Not very friendly at all in person or on the phone. If you dont like your job then leave. Im sure theres others out there that would be grateful for your job.

Would avoid letting them touch your nose. Totally ruined my nose and told me it was fine and Id have a great result. Im not i stuck with a nose thats basically falling off my face and some of the worst pain. Would rather kill myself than have to deal with this. Might just.

I got a referral to see doctor franke about a possible ear/jaw pain I had, he seemed uninterested in anything I had to say. He got me to put a hole in my ear drum and after it didn't work he told me *more tests would be a waste of tax payer dollars* even though he still didn't know why I still have the issue. And referred me to another doctor for steroid shots.

Had an appointment for a procedure for 8:30, dr. Sharmas receptionist told me to get there an hour early, so i do, only to find out the department i needed to go to was closed for another half hour.... Come 8:30, i had been there for almost an hour and he wasnt even there yet! So he shows up late, and 15 minutes after that he calls in a guy, when i was told i would be the first patient! I understand that its a proccess and things need to be taken care of, but this is just ridiculous... WALL STREET ENT NEEDS TO COME UP WITH A NEW SYSTEM! Receptionists are brutal too. I will go elsewhere, where it has been much better
