        On hold twice for 10 minutes then disconnected. Then on hold for 5 minutes when I got through the receptionist said they do not do shoulders. Referred me to Warman Diagnostics. On hold for 30 minutes, said I was number 1 in the que. I hung up, looked up another place got through and booked. SMI has really dropped the service ball. Either that or they need a new receptionist.
