Had a one year follow up appointment with a Dr Gardner for my skin cancer. Drove one hour to Saskatoon. When I came in I was ignored by front end staff. Then I was called to the back room to someone else appointment and still after one year no follow up appointment made for me. Good thing malanoma cancer can wait too.

Dr Walker charged me for a procedure that I later discovered was covered by the Saskatchewan Health Plan. When I requested a refund she refused and dropped me as a patient. Do not waste your time and money with this clinic. Your well being will not be a priority.

I've been trying for 3 days to contact this office to cancel an appointment and can never get through. I cannot find an email address to forward my cancellation information either.

I have been trying to call for 2 months, the hours of operation day you are open yet cant get through to anyone or leave a message and not even an email option which would be my very last resort. I did however find an option to cancel an appointment that Im not certain what it is for as Im unable to speak with anyone in regards to it. So either it was discussed with my dr and that would mean it was more than 6 months ago or this appointment is not for me. Would like to be contacted regardless as Im not certain for what this could be for! Jessica Jackson Thanks
