I would not recommend this company. They are not cheap compared to other contractors and most importantly, the quality of their work is very poor. For my repair I know what should be done but the worker did a really poor job. In the beginning, I decided to choose them because it was a small job. Considering the money spent on the tools, the material and my time, it would be better for me to hire a professional to get this job done professionally. So I called them and the quote estimate sounded reasonable. Also they were a new local company so I wanted to give them business so they could thrive. However, this turned out to be a big mistake. 1. The quality of the work is extremely poor. I have the knowledge of what should be done but I think a person who does this for a living must have better skills. But when I saw him work on the job, I totally regretted. The impression that I got was that this was like a person who just started his first DIY project. He did not pay any attention to the details. When I expressed my concern about what was not done, he just gave me a perfunctory answer saying "this should be okay" and did nothing to address my concern. His repair should be only okay for now but in the long term, it will fail and bring more problems. If he did it properly by just using a little more tape this could be a permanent fix. 2. The cost is much higher than what they quoted. With what they charged, I could hire a much more experienced person to get this job done with a better finish. 3. In addition to the working hours, they charge you for the material as well. This is understandable. But what they charged is way higher than I can buy brand-new from Home Depot. Furthermore, the worker was cheap on the material. If he could use a little bit more material, the finish would be different. They charged the material anyways, but why so cheap when using it? From what I felt, they did not take pride in their work. They just want to finish the job for this moment and do not care if it will last or not. If they deliver such poor results for such a small job, how can you trust them for bigger projects?
