I am traveling for work and it's stressful not knowing the area when away from home. I am from a small town and used to good customer service. I found that small town feel with Maurice's auto. They were able fit me in to help me figure out what to do next and the customer care was top notch! I appreciate that they took the time to make me feel at ease. Brought our 06 Volkswagen in with a strange issue ( noise/vibration ) in the engine , didnt take long for them to figure it out . The wait for parts from VW was pretty painful but as soon as they showed up the car was fixed reasonably quick . Thanks to Maurice and crew for their patience and professionalism in dealing with both that diesel engine and me . Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I found this shop through a Reddit post and thought Id give it a try because my vehicle was making a ticking noise. I never usually go to mechanics because Ive only had bad experiences with them. This shop was absolutely amazing and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!! The entire shop has a great, small town vibe which really hit home for me. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Even when my diagnostic was taking longer than they expected, they let me know right away what had happened so far and exactly what they were going to do next. The man who helped me at the desk was SO friendly and nice! He let me know all of my options and directed me to get my issue fixed at the dealer because it was covered by warranty. He didnt speak to me like I was an idiot, he explained everything perfectly and had it typed out and printed for me as well. He even told me that if I had any issues with the warranty, to immediately call the shop back so he could provide me more options. Overall, this shop was absolutely wonderful and I will be back if I have any future issues. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

2003 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel : blew the fitting for Rad overflow hose to reservor. Went to 8 major parts and/or service shops & outlets including Ford & 2 Rad shops & a pipe and fitting shop - not to be found. Maurice's said "give me a few minutes" & they made the part I needed - after a 4 hour search - Thanks !
