Char was amazing. She was so fast at getting back to us and she was so thorough in answering my zillions of questions in a way that I could understand. Just an absolute wonderful experience with her in this house-selling and house-buying adventure for us. Would highly HIGHLY recommend her and her team. We weren't even in the same province as her and I thought that might be difficult but it turns out it wasn't an issue at all!

Char made it possible for us, a struggling young immigrant family, to purchase our first home 11 years ago. When we decided to move provinces, we went with the mortgage broker our realtor recommended for that province, that was a huge mistake. We now have a point of comparison and realized Char is top notch. We just recently refinanced our home and never once did Char make us feel small or judged even though we were experiencing financial difficulty. Char communicates clearly and responds promptly.
