We had a very wonderful experience with Lindsay, our mortgage broker. She was very helpful with all of our questions. Did everything we requested and were required to do. If we had to get a mortgage again, we would definitely go through Lindsay at Mint Mortgage.

I decided to move my mortgage away from the big bank this year when there was no attempt to negotiate a fair interest rate. I am so glad I did! Not only did I get a rate almost a full percentage point lower than what the bank was offering, but I was treated like my business mattered.
