We had a bit of a complicated situation with moving and starting new employment but Jessica made the whole process so easy and was able to get us a mortgage way sooner than we expected. And was able to get us a better rate then the "big banks". Would highly recommend Jessica for all your mortgage needs.

Jess is incredibly professional, efficient and skilled in her trade. She made the entire process from beginning to end extremely simple and stress free. We had a narrow window to get financing approved and she was on the ball the entire time, answering questions at any time of the day to get us into our new home! As a 2nd time home buyer I can confidently say working with Jess as a mortgage broker was way better than my first experience getting a mortgage on my own. Not only did she help get us a great rate but is extremely knowledgeable in what options work best. Definitely recommend working with Jess when looking for your next home!
