Shari was wonderful to work with. My fianc and I looked for a home for 7 months, and included 2 back up offers, and the purchase of our home. As first-time home buyers, Shari was always there to answer any questions and was very patient and positive throughout the whole process, even when we worked hard with little success. She was always quick to respond on all offers that required a quick turn-around, and made sure to keep us on track so to meet any deadlines. Shari found us a very low mortgage rate and did a lot of work behind the scenes to expedite the mortgage approval process for us when we needed it. As a first time home buyer, Shari made the mortgage process as smooth as possible. She is extremely informative and quick to respond with any questions I had along the way. Shari was very organized and had everything I needed in place and on time to make getting approved for my mortgage much easier than I could have thought.
