Kirk made the mortgage process of buying our first home absolutely seamless. He was extremely responsive and made gathering all the required information easy, even with our more complex situation. The turnaround time on the preapproval and the actual mortgage was fast because Kirk doesn't sit on your paperwork, and gets it done. Extremely knowledgeable with the entire home buying process too and was always able to answer our questions or point us in the right direction (realtor/lawyer) as needed. Would highly recommend Kirk!

Kirk was incredibly thorough in our mortgage process, he left no stone unturned and allowed us to make great progress the whole way. I was in a mortgage process once before with a different broker and it was extremely difficult and frustrating. Choosing to go with Kirk this time was surprisingly easy, and stress free! it was amazing to see the difference a true professional can make! We love the home we are in and thank Kirk for his major role in allowing us to get into the house of our dreams!
