We started at our bank, they told us that someone would call us to talk about our mortgage (we're still waiting for the call lol) I went online found The Mortgage Group and called Char. This was on a Saturday and she got things rolling right away and in no time we had everything done and we are now the owners of a new home. I would highly recommend them for your mortgage needs. Bud Jorgenson and his Co Worker Conrad Neufeldt both lied to our family, did not put the work in to ever know where our file was ever at, they made a deal with us they couldnt uphold, lied and said the bank agreed to do a change of covenants once my date was up, the bank themselves asked the broker to prover where they said that. Breach of trust and total negligence on how they handled the file, and now its a major problem. Do not ever use either one of these two or even the company because this is the morals they have portrayed because it was and still is a horrible experience. In my opinion Between them and the bank that took our mortgage they should all be charged with fraud- for misleading and lieing! They have misplaced files, got improper satay wrong, its all in email correspondence. They never took a second to really do what they said they were going to do. They just expected there capital errors to go away. Never use TMG INC Saskatoon Ever!
