Jenn is extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage industry and as helped us on our mortgage more than once. We would not use anyone else and 100% recommend her for future clients unsure of who to use in the industry right now.

Jenn made the process of getting a mortgage so easy! She made a stressful time not stressful at all, even with the short time frame we gave her! She was readily available via email or phone which we greatly appreciated! She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything! Never used her as a mortgage broker. My warning is to anyone that deals with these people at all. I was forced to put a lien on their home. Not to mention suits pending. Be careful dealing with these people, they only care about themselves. They will literally steal from you. I have police file started against them. Not to mention the lien on their home and legal proceedings against them. They do not pay. These are not moral people.

If I could give Jenn 10 stars then I would. She was incredible to work with in comparison to a big bank. She understands your needs and works closely with you to get the best mortgage and rate. She was super responsive to my questions/concerns, and she was exceptionally clear/detailed about what type of information/documents that were needed. This prevented delays and expedited the entire closing process. This also minimized stress - which is key when you're trying to buy a property. I had zero issues securing a mortgage through Jenn. I will, without question or hesitation, use Jenn again!
