Had the pleasure of working with Chad on getting a new motorcycle. He was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Even when they had the the motorcycle that I was after on the showroom floor but I was after a different color he was said no worries we'll order it for you.

It was an absolute nightmare buying a motorcycle here. They made me come back 5 times apparently my bike was ready for pickup but it wasnt. Then finally when i got my bike got a call they messed up the paper asked some questions about it all response was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. ALICIA (finance manager) was a pain she will do everything to get it her way. If youre buying just PLEASE go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else just dont want you guys to experience what Ive been treated. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Purchased a 2023 Triumph Tiger Rally explorer 1200 from Chad in October 2022, and cant say enough of this personal experience, Chad was absolutely great to deal with, very down to earth, honest and a pleasure to deal with!! Chad made my experience extremely pleasant and I highly recommend purchasing from Community Moto!! The bike is amazing, Chad took the time to show me how to secure my bike for transport and was very knowledgeable in all aspects!! Thank you very much Chad and I look forward dealing with you in the future!! I want to thank Alicia with assisting me on the finance department, it was an absolute pleasure Alicia and I thank you very much for your expertise as well on my purchase!!
