This place is clearly more motivated to take your money over teaching your child to love and learn music. They run on a very black and white cancellation policy and offer no solutions and are unwilling to problem solve when emergencies arise or even when their own instructors are the ones calling in sick. Due to getting called in to work, I had made arrangements with a friend to take my daughter to her lesson. I seen an email just over an hour before her scheduled lesson (email was sent at 3 - lesson supposed to be at 5). While ZOOM is a very useful tool in providing lessons when instructors or students cant be there in person; it is unreasonable to expect someone to make arrangements for same in an hours notice. My friend literally still uses a flip phone and my daughter is 7 with no device of her own. My attempt to communicate the situation and request a reschedule was met with a hard NO! Unprofessional and very poor customer service in my opinion. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will NOT recommend to anyone moving forward.
