They fully deserve all the VERY NEGATIVE REVIEWS plus someone has gone so far as to built a page with photos showing how this dive destroyed the whole nail parties nails. They were mismatched in colour when I had made it clear my daughter wanted matching COLOUR but the girls could pick their own style. Everyone understood but on the Sat morning it was chaos and no communication. No one seemed able to speak English suddenly. I had been quoted $80 a set because it was for a wedding. They knew this and I had it written on a card by the male owner. There were 10 in the party getting nails done plus myself and the grooms mother. I know that's a lot of people but they assured me they could handle it. What a disaster. Several staff called in sick. So 5 people sat with NOTHING BEING DONE. THESE GIRLS YAPPED IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE RATHER THAN PAYING ATTENTION TO DOING THE NAILS. THE OWNER, INSTEAD OF PITCHING IN TO HELP, kept running out into the mall to to try to pull in walk ins....they couldn't manage what they had. Then a father came in with his very young daughter furious over his little girl getting blood red dragon lady nails. There was a verbal fight which took away 2 techs to fight with him. So unprofessional. The high pitch screaming nail techs the little girl crying as they bullied her...the father only asked that they repaint them in a more subtle shade. This all added to our stress at getting so far behind. I was done and they started doing the second lot of our group. We were told to go wander around Walmart clearly this was so we wouldn't see what they were doing. The had used the plum colour we selected when booking about a month ago. Naturally we thought they would order enough of the same colour polish but NO, THEY USED TWO DIFFERENT COLOURS 1 A RASPBERRY COLOUR AND ON 2 THEY USED A LIGHT MAUVE. NO EXTRA DETAILS WE HAD ASKED FOR. JUST PLAIN JANE LUMPY NAILS. THE ONLY "DETAILS" were the lumps and bumps. We were late for our hair appointments due them having to redo on hand that got silver big chunks of silver glitter....dollar store huge sparkle! Not delicate nail glitter as we were shown. ALL IN ALL THE WORST BUT OUR HAIR SALON MADE UP FOR IT AND GOT US BACK ON SCHEDULE. I JUST WILL NEVER FORGET THIS MANAGER LITERALLY CHASING DOWN CLIENTS WHEN HE COULD HAVE BEEN HELPING. IT WAS FARCICAL AND EMBARRASSING TO HIM. NEVER GO TO THIS DUMP. Ps he had the nerve to say "is this all money?" He is lucky they got any tip at all. I tipped only 15% just because my daughter was neat tears and I seriously was concerned another fight would break out with his banshees screaming so I just paid. Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails

My only regret is that I didnt find out about this place sooner!! Now that Ive been here I realize Ive never had a true pedicure! Han was amazing a true nail surgeon!! Ive had ingrown nails for a few years now, and Ive never been anywhere that actually did anything about it. So I suffered in pain and just crossed my fingers each time I went. I found Regal by accident as the place I usually goto down the street wasnt open. So glad it wasnt!! Because I will never go anywhere else. Han isnt afraid to get in there and do a really really thorough job! Thats exactly what I needed and what everyone with ingrown nails craves! Thank you soooo much!!!! You absolutely made my day. Thank you for helping me, you have a customer for life!!! Service: Pedicure
