My mom and I went to the Lawson Heights location and she had a really bad experience. The people working there were nice, but the lady who did my moms pedicure did not really seem to know what she was doing. She ended up cutting my moms feet and making her bleed in three different places using a cuticular cutter and a foot scraper on the side of her foot. My mom told the lady multiple times that she didnt want the lady to cut her cuticles because it was hurting but the lady kept doing it even after my mom politely asked her to stop. Cuticles are meant to protect your nails and stop your skin from getting infected so Im not sure why the employee was so insistent that my moms cuticles should be removed. The most concerning part was that the employee used a metal foot scraper on the side of my moms foot, shaving off some of her skin, and then when the employee realized it was bleeding she began to file the cut with a nail file (very unsanitary and painful practice), and then soak the cut in water from the foot spa (also unsanitary). After she cut my moms cuticles out, they were bleeding, and she also filed that area too, which was really painful for my mom. She had also asked the employee to stop doing this several times. They also didnt have bandaids on hand so they had to go buy some. She was given $10 off. My moms feet still hurt :( Service: Pedicure

My daughter originally got her nails done and they looked brutal after charging $75 for them! We went back the next day and complained about the poor work done by the Polish tech. After some back and forth, Tracey had redone my daughters nails and she did an amazing job!

Terrible. I returned the day after having ombre gel nails done as they weren't capped and sharp edges and crooked. The guy fixing my nails globbed a bunch of white gel on the ends and then forgot to put top coat after he filed it off They are worse than before I returned to have them fixed. My nails look like a 2 year old tried to do them. $80 later. I will be going in to get a credit or something as this is a complete joke and waste of my time. Also the guy "fixing" my nails was very rushed and I was totally putting him out. Gel polish all over my cuticles as well. They are embarrassing and I will have them removed.
