Got my nails done here January 26th at 3:30pm I sat in a spot where the name tag read Daisy she rushed my nails and was rough, she got gel on my skin and cuticle areas causing it to burn my skin, when applying the nail tips she glued the nails not only to my tips but to my skin, I showed her the colour I wanted and she gave me a shade way darker but I didnt want to be that person and tell her its not the shade as shes already applied it to one finger, and was rushing anyways I didnt feel comfortable complaining.. she painted my nails within 2 minutes there are air bubbles, gel where it is not supposed to be, my nails look like a childrens barblie doll (the pink is disgusting to look at) they look plastic and fake. I would not recommend this place, my finger tips are burnt and sore with gel bits everywhere. Not worth the $70 (mind you its just a basic colour, almond shaped and naturally length) I pay cheaper elsewhere only my nail lady was not free. If I could apply photos I would. Made a booking for 4 people on a Saturday at 10am. 3 of us were seen to. 1 had to wait 20minutes before being acknowledged, despite walk-in clients being seen to (at least 2). Essentially a foot bath and an uneven nail clipping. I had to also scrape polish off my skin. Cuticles and heels were not even addressed. Likely won't be returning. There are far too many exemplary establishments in this city to accept this sub par level of service. Service: Pedicure
