I have NEVER written a bad review let alone any review for small business BUT this time its warranted. Ive tried to go there a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ive had manicures and pedicures there. Ive never been satisfied with my manicures unfortunately. Tonight i asked for a light gel overlay on my natural nails to help them stay strong but she built a full overlay of builder gel on my nails. It was very uneven and clunky looking. My nails are different lengths and lopsided. She had to add two tips on my nails and both of those nails are extremely visibly wider than the others. I wanted a French tip and with the direction everything was going i just went for a plain neutral nude/pink colour and even the application of THAT was very uneven and splotchy and there is a visible hair stuck on my pinky finger that she missed. Im just baffled. Very disappointed. Ill be re doing my nails myself. I will never ever go back there. Service: Manicure

Went there with a party. There were 6 of us. Right away we get... we only have time for 1 set of gel nails.. we booked over a month ago. They did not seem prepared for us. The person doing my feet cut my nails too short (thank you for assisting in the growth of ingrown toenails). Then for my fingernails I wanted a square top. . Nope he did rounded. I asked him to fix it.. and now 2 of my nails are super short. The polish.. well... i could have done a more even job... they should be smooth.. no "hump" at the cuticle. I uad wanted to go a lighter colour and even had them picked out.. but he proceeded with colour dark teal... and the other staff helped pick the other colors out. Oh and the polish was stuck to my finger tips and to my cuticles. I will be surprised if this $96 treatment lasts until Saturday (one is already lifting) Will I go back.. not likely Services: Manicure, Pedicure

They do really well here! Ive even been to Paramount Spa in the past, and they didnt do nearly as well as Aloha did. I just walk in anytime and theyve always gotten me in!! I really appreciate this!! Considering the convenience factor of getting in whenever you want (at least for pedicures anyways!) and the quality work they do, their prices are fantastic! Why go to a fancy book days in advance spa when you can just go to Aloha and get the same (if not better!) service, for less the cost! No brainer - go here you wont regret! Everyone is so nice , and make you feel so comfortable! I really love it here! And great location!!! The only thing I would suggest is that the water is a little hotter, but then again theyre not mind readers! Lol. I should really just say something myself :-) Services: Manicure, Pedicure
